Refund and Return Policy

1. Introduction

At Zealtopic, we are committed to providing premium-quality luxury watches and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning or exchanging an item.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including:

❌ Customized or engraved watches.
❌ Gift cards and promotional items.
❌ Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
❌ Watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

4. How to Request a Return

If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to initiate a return:

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

📧 Email us at contact@zealtopic.xyz with the subject “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • A brief reason for the return (e.g., defective item, wrong product received).
  • Clear photos of the item (if defective or incorrect).

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

  • Securely package the item in its original box with all accessories.
  • Clearly label the package with the RA number.
  • Use a trackable shipping service to return the item (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Zealtopic is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

Approved Returns: A full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Rejected Returns: If the item does not meet our return criteria, we will notify you, and the item will be shipped back at your expense.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

🔄 Once approved, we will send you a replacement product (subject to availability).

If the exchanged item costs more, the price difference must be paid before shipping.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

✅ If verified, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and you must proceed with a return.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
