    • Gift cards
    • Items marked as final sale

2. Return Process

  • Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in a condition different from when received (e.g., damaged, missing parts, or not in original packaging).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange Policy: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same product, contact us at contact@zentopix.xyz. Depending on your location, the time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5. Gifts

  • Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned item is processed. If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
